Learn to Play the Drums

You can start learning drums in a small group, as duo lessons, or through private instruction. We also offer instrument trial packages with 1, 3, or 5 lessons.

When you begin drum lessons, you'll first learn the names of the drum set parts, how to read drum notation, and play your first basic drum beat.

Bandmates and Band Activities

Playing drums is especially fun as part of a group!

Depending on student interest, new bands can be formed so students can find bandmates.

We also do our best to organize live performances for our student bands — because playing live is the best part of making music!

Band teacher Marko

Marko Annala has been part of Musikantit since 2009.

He teaches all band instruments fluently and also masters music production and recording on the computer.
